A-SPE Poland
A-SPE: a product database and ordering site connected to a Windows warehouse application, plus product-management experience.
Context
A-SPE operated in industrial products for the maritime industry. During ten years with the company, I also developed the offer as a product manager. Project start: 2007 (registration of the a-spe.pl domain).
Problem
The business needed a tool that connected the product catalogue, offer presentation, ordering and warehouse operations.
Paweł’s role
I built the full A-SPE website: from the product database and offer presentation to ordering and its connection with a Windows warehouse application.
Key decisions
The solution was designed to connect product data, the ordering path and the existing warehouse application. In parallel, I worked with certification, research and an internal laboratory.
Solution
The result was a site connecting the catalogue, order handling and a Windows warehouse application.
